Once accepted by the Registrar, the eligible trademark applications will be published in the Trade Mark Journal for four months. Other proprietors of trademarks will have opportunity to file opposition in case they feel that published trade mark resembles or too similar to theirs. The Notice of Opposition has to be filed through Form TM – O within a period of four months.
